Do i sound pregnant? Hoping I get my first BFP!?

Okay so I'm 13dpo and my period is due on the 27th,I ovulate early,and I'm trying to wait to see if I miss my period to take a test.But i'm just wanting some opinions on if you think I might be pregnant.Okay so my have been a little tender not unbearable but a little.I have had some cramps but they come for like 10 seconds then go away for a few hours or a whole day.I had some milky white cm a few days ago but it has since faded and turned kind of into a clear like discharge.I've been peeing almost every hour sometimes it's two hours but not normally.I have some back pain but not bad and not too often and it's not constant I have been a little nauseous but I haven't thrown up yet.But what's getting me is the cramps,it doesn't really seem like period cramps cause i'm pretty sure they last more than just ten seconds at a time?right?But does is sound like I might be pregnant? The cramps and discharge and the frequent urination make me hope I am?oh i'm also pretty bloated and have been for like a week.
