Redirect Virus! Can someone help?

This is so annoying.I'm tired of getting redirecting every time I click on something.I quilt using "Internet Explore".Because I thought that was causing the problem.So I downloaded Fire Fox.Now that is getting redirect.What should I do? Is google not safe to go on anymore?
