Can I still dance and be active when I have a minor form of bronchitis?

I've been coughing a lot for the past couple days and my doctor said it was bronchitis. I'm on antibiotics too. I am a dancer and I have a ballet exam coming up. Can I still go to dance every day like normal without it getting worse? Will it get better if I don't rest 100%?
