Should bf pay for gf's meals?

i think that a man should pay more times than a woman, but its not fair to make him pay for everything all the time. if he wants to split the bill, go along with it. its probably not that much and if it is, he's probably going through some sort of money trouble and embarressed to ask in the first place. men really do take pride in providing for their women haha
