What would be a good mixture of organics for house plants?

I want to come up with a good mixture of Cottonseed Meal, Bone Meal, Rock phosphate and Baking Soda for container plants. I want to use the baking soda to offset the acidity of the cottonseed. I want to stick with these ingrediants due to their availability in my area. I have had good success lately with some fungi innoculations so I will add a little of that too. Does anyone have a good home brew they are using, one maybe for foliage plants and another for flowering plants?
