I need help naming a story!?!?

I think it really depends on the plot and themes of the book. Some authors get their titles from a line in a poem (Of Mice and Men came from To a Mouse by Robert Burns; A Raisin in the Sun came from a Langston Hughes poem). Just think of the prevailing themes/ideas in your poem and try to think of a metaphor for them. For example, for Sylvia Plath's semi-autobiographical book about depression, she described her pain as being trapped under a bell jar; thus giving her the title The Bell Jar. Or maybe you could think of a significant detail or an important line of dialogue and use that. I'm sorry; I can't think of any really good examples right now...one example is in Judy Blume's book Here's to You, Rachel Robinson (sequel to Just As Long As We're Together)--the title comes from a line of dialogue from Rachel's brother which sums up a lot of his feelings towards her and the family (if you haven't read it, that's a large part of the plot.) Hope this helped...good luck! :)
