PETS travel scheme into UK from CZR?

i'm thinking that it is six months from the time that the results of the blood tests are turned over to the governing agency for importing him into the country. he'll probably have to go into quarentine for a period of time to so that they can monitor him for anything that he may be carrying. as for the breeder shipping them at twelve weeks. they may be able to ship them but as for recieveing them at that age i seriously doubt it.
