Anyone know the name of the 90s childrens gameshow where @ the end a Darth Vader-esque character chased them?

There was a TV show in the 90's when i was growing up and i can't think of the name. It was like on a spaceship thing i think, and a team of 3 or 4 children, through many games, one game was like a school cl senario, and another was a grid with a darth vader type character who said 'MOVE' and they had to cross the grid, and he chased them at the end, and if they where caught they where sent to like a pod type thing in a room where the other memebers of the team had to serch for them. Does anyone remember the name of the show?
