Why are people with tattoos and piercings excluded/ostracized/discrimina… from society?

well, i honestly dont care, i think tattoos and piercings are a good way to express yourself. but i think some people may find that inking your body is stupid as well as putting holes in it. and for others, they may be scared of the way it looks, and thats why some people arent hired by alot of places. for example, my sister dyes her hair often, and cant seem to find a job, becuase she sometimes dies it crazy colours, she also has a tongue ring, and is soon getting a tatoo...maybe people dislike the way it looks, and that why some people are discriminated. i hope this was help.
