PLEASE HELP NEWBORN BABY!!!?

My son is 5 weeks old...He has a temp of 99.9 but ive heard no tylenol until 6 months old. We just found out today that my little sister has swine flu type a and he has been around her. My husband and I also spent all day with her on sunday when the symptoms started. Anyways people have told me that a baby 6months or older can get swine flu but none younger than 6 months??? My son has been throwing up all day, its normal for him because he has acid reflux but it usually only happens a couple times a day, but today its been with every feeding and even between. I dont wanna take him to the ER because Im scared of what he could catch there....some help please??? Im a new mommy!!!
