I Have PCOS Can I Still Get Pregnant?? And What Are My Chances?

I was diagnosed with PCOS and the doctor told me that it would be very difficult to conceive and in order for me to get pregnant i would probably need to take fertility drugs. Well guess what I am almost 39 weeks pregnant and I did not take any drugs. I think it can happen dont worry too much about it.
